Delete your GasConnect account

GasConnect is the gas billing app of Flare Technical Services LLC (Flaretech). You can ask us to delete your GasConnect account and personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

• Email info@flaretechnical.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my GasConnect account". Include your building and flat number.
• Or call us on +971 4 264 0072.

We confirm your request by email and complete it within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your GasConnect sign-in, so you can no longer sign in.
• Your contact details (email address and mobile number) on the account.
• Meter photos and their location data, once they are no longer needed for an open bill or dispute.

What we have to keep

UAE law requires us to keep accounting and tax records. We therefore keep your invoices, payments, receipts, meter readings used for billing and security deposit records for the period the law requires (currently at least five years), and then delete them. If you still have a gas supply, unpaid bills or a deposit to settle, we will settle those first: deleting the app account does not end your gas supply contract.
